When the software asks what the mortgage payment is, it is asking for the total payment including principal, interest, taxes, and insurance. Not just principal and interest. When entering in an investment property or any other property other than the primary mortgage, the taxes and insurance portion of that payment need to be applied in the "expense" section as a monthly expense.
