Why are my clients not showing current map actions on their dashboard?

This occurs when the client has not reconciled in more than 45 days. The software will create 45 days worth of map action upon completion of a new reconciliation. If the client reconciled and then didn't log in for 60 days the software would only show map actions up to 45 days from when they reconciled last. The best thing to do in this scenario is to double check all the balances on the edit financial page, transact any map actions that haven't been transacted, and then reconcile. As long as the balances are correct on the edit financial page when you do a new reconcile it will give you another 45 days of map actions.
