First of all, check to see if any of the debts or any of the mortgages have Interest only payments. These payments adjust when the IO period expires and in turn cause the plan to not to calculate. On the surface you think that you have discretionary income but technically you will not have it once the Interest Only loans expire. Please adjust your income to accommodate this change in payment when the interest only payment option expires.
