For the start date on a mortgage, does the software expect the start date of the loan, or the start date of the first payment?
You need to tell the software when the first month is that you began paying on your mortgage. Another FYI, If someone starts the plan on oh...lets say Feb. 12th, the software will automatically calculate that the mortgage payment has been made for that month and it will reflect in the balance automatically. That's all the software will assume as far as payments go.
