Check to see if your mortgage balance is correct. If it is showing the right amount, check you monthly mortgage payment amount? Does it include taxes and insurance? The system asks for a mortgage payment with Principal (if its not interest only) Interest, taxes and insurance. The system doesn't work in real time it only goes off of what you tell it to calculate either in the edit financial info or in the reconcile confirmation. My suggestion is to update all of the information and start over again.
