For security purposes, the software is designed so that only one email address can be used per client. So for example, if a husband signs up for a free trial to the software and gives the agent the email address that the husband and wife both use, then when the wife wants to sign up for another trial, the same email address cannot be used. The same email address cannot be used for more than one account.
